By accessing and using IYKYK, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

1. Introduction

Welcome to IYKYK ("Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), a decentralized prediction market platform built on the Solana blockchain. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our services.

IYKYK allows users to create and participate in prediction markets for Solana token outcomes, including bonding completion, market cap predictions, and timing predictions.

2. Eligibility

To use IYKYK, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age in your jurisdiction
Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
Not be located in a jurisdiction where prediction markets are prohibited
Not be on any government sanctions or restricted parties lists
Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws

Restricted Jurisdictions

Users from the following regions may be restricted: United States (varies by state), China, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and other sanctioned countries. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws.

3. Wallet Connection & Account

3.1 Wallet Requirements

You must connect a compatible Solana wallet (Phantom, Solflare, etc.) to use the Platform. You are solely responsible for:

Maintaining the security of your private keys and seed phrases
All transactions initiated from your wallet
Ensuring your wallet has sufficient SOL for transaction fees
Keeping your wallet software updated

3.2 Non-Custodial Service

IYKYK is a non-custodial platform. We NEVER have access to your private keys or control over your funds. All transactions are executed directly on the Solana blockchain through smart contracts.

3.3 Account Security

You agree to:

Never share your private keys or seed phrases with anyone
Use strong security practices (hardware wallet, 2FA)
Immediately notify us of any unauthorized access
Accept responsibility for all activities under your wallet

4. Platform Usage

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use IYKYK to:

Create prediction markets for Solana tokens
Place bets on poll outcomes
View market data and analytics
Participate in community discussions

4.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

Manipulate markets or engage in wash trading
Use bots or automated systems without permission
Create polls for illegal activities or scam tokens
Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities for profit
Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
Impersonate others or provide false information
Reverse engineer or copy our platform code
Interfere with platform operations or security

Violation Notice: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm the platform integrity.

5. Predictions & Betting

5.1 How It Works

Polls have specific end times and betting windows
Bets are locked in escrow on the Solana blockchain
Outcomes are determined by oracle data (Pump.fun API)
Winnings are distributed automatically via smart contract
Platform fee (2%) is deducted from winnings

5.2 Betting Window

Betting closes BEFORE the poll ends (typically 5 minutes after creation). This prevents late betting advantage. After the betting window closes, you can observe outcomes but cannot place new bets.

5.3 Finality

All bets are final. Once confirmed on the blockchain, transactions cannot be reversed or cancelled. Ensure you understand the poll question and outcome conditions before betting.

5.4 Settlement

Polls are settled automatically using oracle data. In case of:

Oracle failure: Poll flagged for manual admin review
Disputed outcome: Admin may review and override if justified
Technical issues: Bets may be refunded at our discretion

6. Fees

IYKYK charges the following fees:

Platform Fee2% (200 BPS)

Deducted from gross winnings. Split 50/50 between treasury and liquidity fund.

Blockchain Fees~0.000005 SOL

Solana network transaction fees. Paid directly to validators, not to IYKYK.

7. Risks and Disclaimers

IMPORTANT: PREDICTION MARKETS INVOLVE SIGNIFICANT RISK

You acknowledge and accept the following risks:

Financial Loss: You can lose your entire stake. Only bet what you can afford to lose.
Market Volatility: Crypto markets are highly volatile and unpredictable.
Smart Contract Risk: Bugs or exploits in smart contracts could result in loss of funds.
Oracle Risk: Outcome determination relies on external data sources that may fail or be inaccurate.
Blockchain Risk: Solana network congestion, outages, or forks may affect transactions.
Regulatory Risk: Laws regarding prediction markets vary and may change.
Liquidity Risk: You may not be able to exit positions at desired prices.
No Insurance: Funds are not insured by FDIC or any government agency.

8. Disclaimers

8.1 "AS IS" Service

IYKYK is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8.2 No Guarantees

We do not guarantee that:

The platform will be error-free or uninterrupted
Defects will be corrected
Oracle data will be accurate or timely
Smart contracts are bug-free
Your funds are safe from all risks

8.3 Third-Party Services

We integrate with third-party services (Pump.fun, Helius RPC, wallet providers). We are not responsible for their performance, accuracy, or availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IYKYK AND ITS TEAM MEMBERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
Loss of funds due to market movements, smart contract bugs, or oracle failures
Damages arising from third-party services or wallet providers
Damages exceeding the fees you paid to IYKYK in the past 12 months

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IYKYK, its affiliates, and team members from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

Your use or misuse of the platform
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of applicable laws or regulations
Your infringement of third-party rights
Your negligence or willful misconduct

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Informal Resolution

If you have a dispute, please contact us first at support@iykyk.market. We will attempt to resolve disputes informally within 30 days.

11.2 Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration shall be conducted in English.

11.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity and not as part of any class or representative action.

11.4 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to IYKYK at any time, with or without notice, for:

Violation of these Terms
Fraudulent or illegal activity
Risk to platform security or integrity
Compliance with legal requirements

You may stop using the platform at any time. Termination does not affect transactions already executed on the blockchain.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via platform notification or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
