When is the platform fee charged?
Platform fees (2% for Poll Betting, 8% for BetR Trading) are automatically deducted from your gross winnings when settled. If you lose, you pay no platform fee.
Why are BetR Trading fees higher?
BetR Trading offers ultra-fast 15-60 second settlements with instant liquidity and dynamic ROI up to 1.95x. The 8% fee compensates for the increased platform risk, real-time price oracle costs, and infrastructure required for high-frequency trading.
Can I avoid the platform fee?
No. Fees are built into the smart contract and cannot be bypassed. They sustain platform development, liquidity, and operations.
What are blockchain fees used for?
Blockchain fees (gas) are paid to Solana validators who process and secure transactions. These fees do not go to IYKYK.
Are there volume discounts?
Currently, fees apply to all users regardless of volume. We may introduce tier-based pricing or VIP programs in the future.
Can fees change?
Yes. We reserve the right to adjust fees with advance notice. Any changes will be communicated via platform notifications and will not affect already-placed bets.
How do I see my paid fees?
Your bet history in the dashboard shows detailed breakdowns including stakes, winnings, and fees paid. You can also view transaction details on Solana blockchain explorers.
